Secion 8 All Star Game
Scoring in the Section 8 All Star game was as follows
First period
1:02 A Jake Useldinger from John Grabanski
6:22 AA Ben Nelson unassisted
12:40 A Zach Lehrke from Bryce Ravndalen and Cody Vizenor
Second Period
6:09 AA Drew Olson from Mitch Martinson and Jason Fabian
9:12 AA Joe Frazer from Tyler Landman and Ben Nelson
17:22 A Bryce Ravndalen from Dane Shaugabay and Zach Lehrke
Third Period
9:50 AA Joe Frazer from Tyler Landman
Shots were 30-23 for the AA team
Recap- The game was very fast paced with many good scoring oppertunities on each side along with some big hits and good puck movement. The A team kind of controlled the first half of the game with the AA doing kind of the same in the second half.
There were alot of people excited about the game itself and comments from the kids were very positive, only negative being they wished they could have played 2 games instead of one.
Who looked good-guess you should have been there to make your own decision.
Only one other comment from coaches and players alike was if you turned down an invitation this year, you won't want to next because it was a good experience.
