Salol would say, we're a suburb of them.
Sounds like Hill is the real deal and peaked at the right time.

Hill can be as hot and cold as anyone. Flip too. Timing is everything. Who would of thought this after the Lakeville South game.

Wouldn't have believed it before the tourney but HM = 08 State AA Champion! What a great couple of games they played. They were like a blanket all weekend.

This game reminds me of why the Mayo influence and the move toward no-contact hockey is flawed. Checking has a proper role in hockey.
I've loved H-M's play in the past two days.

Let me put it this way. Hill could not have an average defense and still expect to get to the state final just on pure offense. That's how big and developed this Edina first line is. They can have an average D and still be in the final.
I missed the Edina games so can't give an opinion on Edina's size but I will take the well-rounded team 99% of the time. Hill has proven to have offense, defense and a GK who is not choking. (Note to Hill fans- say extra Hail Mary tonight.)
Let's play the game and see who is right.
I don't disagree with you in the least.
Tonight it was my team
I never in my wildest dream would have thought shut out
One of the best championship games in a while- and not just because my team won. Thanks Hornets for making it great.
