Right on he plays the most out of all the defensemen on the team and is the one that makes the least mistakes, he'll be one of the to d-men in the state junior and senior years :!:

Zane Gothberg-Goalie TRF- Has been a very good goalie all year and when the prowlers needed him the most he puts up 55 saves through 3 periods and two OT's against warroad. He was amazing and kept the prowlers in the game. Best goalie in section 8 (A or AA) for sure, and one of the best in the state. Great asset for the prowlers to have for the next two years.

Only if he sticks around. He will be trying out for the USA NTDP team in the near future. If he is good enough and he wants to, he may end up playing in Ann Arbor the next two seasons.

I liked McMorrow from PR. He can skate and handle the puck. I think that Malwitz from TRF is as good as a Soph. He will be a very good player in the next couple years.

Not to be disrespectful to mcmorrow, but when i watched him the other night against egf in the semis, he seemed alot slower from the last time I saw him. Dont get me wrong he has great hands and sees the ice, but if he can get some more speed i believe that would make him a greater defenseman

McMorrow is nothin out there i dont think we can even talk about this subject without jake useldinger being a big part of this... I mean honestly he's leading his team in points and he's obviously a leader if he's a team captain as a sophomore

Don't get to carried away over 1 game, Iam sure he is a good young goalie, but the last time I checked Mike Lee was still in section 8, and a few others, And Warroad did prevail.

there is a difference between Mike Lee and Zane Gothberg, i'll agree.

In Mr. Lee's last game he had 7 shots.
In Mr. Gothberg's last game he had 70 shots.

Willie Corrin was a very solid defenseman out of I'Falls this year as a 10th grader. He really was quite impressive at the Hibbing/Falls game. I actually sat next to a scout at this game and noticed him starring the young mans name on the program.
