Clearly Johnson sat back and conserved energy that period so that they can throw an all-out assault at the Raiders all third period. At this point, I'm predicting 9-2 Johnson...

Too bad "your" pet peeve isn't losing to Cloquet.

It definitely is a pet peeve. I do not like Cloquet one bit, but I know they don't play so well against any other team but East. It's ok. I liked going to state for the first three years of high school anyway, and it's just as satisfying seeing cloquet lose in the section final year after year anyway :).

The cheer is a cheer heard late in the game in which your team is obviously gonna lose. You are right, us Hill fans don't hear it very often. Enjoy the "season's over" chant tonight...just wish it was us ending it...but you took your typical season ending dive and avoided a match up with Hill...nice move.

6-0 Anoka. Rapids pretty much folded in the 3rd.
