Im saying New Prague. They are red hot right now. Their top line is in good health. Adams Lapic and Ambroz coming off that win over Red Wing should be ready to go. It will be one for the ages

Score will be 2-1 NP ot

Hopefully fatigue will not be a factor for this line. Sounds like they played a ton last night. I say NP takes it 4-2.

you're right. it didnt. it was one of the best games i have ever seen. Lourdes offense was great, NP was too until Lapic left after the first with a concussion. Schoenecker NP's goaler played well facing almost 50 shots while only letting in 3. The game was 3-2 Lourdes with less than a minute in OT. NP only had about 18 shots on net, but they had their chances to win the game in OT for sure.

this game and the west albert lee game both had a section final type of atmosphere, this section is tough i think who ever makes it out is gonna have a great shot at taking state just because of the battles they had to go through to get there, they are gonna know what it takes to win in the playoffs

Lourdes was shooting right in the goalies bread basket all night though. At points the goalie looked like he was lost on the ice. Not to take anything away from him. It was a great game to watch.

I don't know what game you were watching because that was some of the best goaltending I have seen. I don't see how you can say "he was lost" when he only let in only 3 and faced 44 shots. Maybe they shot into his "breadbasket" because he didnt give them anything to shoot at. He kept NP in the game. Congrats to Lourdes, they played a good game.

Im not trying to take anything away from the NP goalie. When you shoot a puck are you supposed to pick your corners, and Lourdes was shooting the bread basket for quite a bit in the 3rd.

I saw plenty of pad saves, glove saves as well as breadbasket saves. When you see 44 shots, you're bound to see a lot of shots int he middle, but there were plenty of great saves as well.

I think a lot of people had questions about Collin as the season began. He had started a handful of games as a sophomore, but didn't play much varsity last year. I think he answered those questions positively as the season went on.

Great job Collin.

I thought the NP goalie did a great job of giving NP a chance to still win it after Lapic went out. I was very surprised how the Eagles took over after he went out. The shots were something like 17-14 before his injury and ended up 44-19 or something like that. They better hope he doesn't leave early for jrs. or Lourdes will cruise to state next year.

This was a fun game to watch - Lourdes deserved to win but I thought NP played their hearts out, both before and after the Lapic injury. There were a lot of nervous fans during OT. Congrats to NP on their season and let the countown to 2009 state begin.
