Retaliation After a Clean Hit!?
I've noticed there always seems to be a lot of retaliation ...(ex. elbows, sticks...etc) after clean and or solid hits(s ). I actually get pretty sick of it. I think it is VERY unnecessary....I see it happening quite a bit in HS and other

WHAT!?.....when I think of Toews...Oshie...Duncan...I dont think of relaliation....if YOU do then you may want to go watch some more sioux hockey(toews no longer).....thats not what they are about.....I care because it gets annoying seeing people get cracked with their head down and then they go out headhunting with cheap shots....thats why i care...
..I say, if you get hit ...get up and keep skating and forget about it....legit hits afterwards will happen...it only goes so far....so Cabela there ya go...

I was refering to the crap at the end of the UND/Gopher game. I wasn't really that serious though.
I really don't see what you are talking about. Are there specific teams or players that you see doing this more than others? I watch the Classic Suburban most often and I don't see this action going on.

i dunno why players do it. i maybe because they get embarassed because they get laid out in front of everyone and think they gotta do somehting back so people dont remember the hit but they remember the retaliation more. i dont know really but yes i do see it alot and its really not necessary to do. but it happens all to often and probably will always be that way
