On the head but it happen right in front of me,Barnes should have been called for a penalty,Brown shoved him out of the crease and was in his face,he should have shoved him out and skated off, they both were in the wrong,B'ville has alot more goal scorers at this point in the season with everyone back than the Irish,They are a much better team at this point in the season and the score reflected that.
Waylon you hold little knowledge of the Rosemount Irish. The whole first line scores for the Irish. Burnsville has 2 scorers on the first line being Hendo, and Barnes. Perisic is just an average player like I said before he isn't anything special he is fast but can't really get the puck in the net. I don't think many defenseman have as many goals as McManus in theLake. Also how are they a better team they split the series, only they won when it mattered the most. Some of you Blaze fans need to go to more then two games a year for every team because any team can have a off night.... Just ask the Blaze squad at the end of the night when they played Eagan. You also don't need to point out Rosemount's losses because I know they have lost to the teams you guys beat, congrats things happen.
You are just flat out wrong when you call Perisic an average player. Can't put the puck in the net? He is second on his team for goals, ahead of D1 recruit Hendrickson despite playing defense for 1/3 of the season. The Blaze don't lose when Barnes, Hendo and Perisic play together. Get a clue and watch more than 2 games when you are going to make negative comments about other team's players.
Well just explain to me why the Burnsville coaching staff split them up a little into the season. I know why... Because they were not putting the puck in the net. Congrats Adam Perisic has 2 D-1 Recruits on his line. There have been no verbal commitments from the whole first line of Rosemount, yes they have been getting watched but only JT will be probably playing in the WCHA. Adam is an average player he's got speed, I said he's average that is nothing bad. There are many people on the Rosemount team being just average don't take it so defensive that i'm trying to call him bad. Now I don't know at all but has he been getting watched by any teams?[/quote]

dude get your facts straight they put perisic back at D cause they had no D at the time, and the only way JT plays in the WCHA is if he figures out how to spell his name right on the application form

No kidding.

Except not the getting shot part. That is just a prick thing to say. He has taken a 180 degree turn into the right direction academically and mentally in the past year/ year and a half.

On a side note. I like how everyone thinks its JUST J.T., and JUST McManus. I would say Percy and Porter work their butts off making plays and winning the face-offs so they even get a chance to do something with the puck.

Then buddy explain to me why he has a 3.6 GPA????? Oh and they split up Perisic, Hendo, and Barnes before McDuff had been suspended. You clearly know nothing about either team. Some B-Ville fans... Didn't they split the 1st line up before Perisic even moved back to D?

yeah, last I recalled, JT got student of the month not too long ago. If I don't understand something, he is the first person I would go to cause he knows what he is doing. Hes got amazing hockey skills and is incredibly smart off the ice. JT is stronger then you physically, mentally, and just overall than you ever will be Mr. Burnsville wannabe.

a lot of Rose supporters claiming "bad Game" or night off.
I don't buy that, I still think Rose is an excellent team with definate state opportunity.
But...you don't get the "Bad game off night" excuse in a late season game with conference title on the line. Rose looked ready to play and focused before the puck dropped, they just lost to a better team effort. Burnsville is playing up to their potential, Rose is not.

Also no one has responded to my comment about coaches carrying some blame...with the overall team play and Browns discipline.

Does anyone else question having a player like him spending soo much PP time on the point?

Do they do this alot? or was it just in that game? seems like the coaches are a big part of Rose finish to the season

JT has been on the point for the PP unit the whole season. He has scored many goals with that slap shot he possesses. That's not the problem. I don't believe coaching is the problem either. I think it's mainly the players attitudes, not all of them just a few, towards the game itself or not playing your heart out because they have their path already set.

The players attitude would be something the coaches should deal with and hopefully have figured out by this point in the season. Rosemount has young coaches and a talented team. A lot of them seem like they are overconfident. They are getting too far ahead of themselves, like everyone is going to say "PLEASE BAN ME were playing Rosemount, might as well not try cuz were going to lose". When the fact of the matter is that everyone wants to beat them. Not because they are good but they dont seem to have any teams in the Lake that dont have a grudge against them.

That being said, I dont know if coaching is the problem but it is definately the solution. Those coaches need to have this team prepared for a battle every night all through sections, cuz one "bad game" ends your season.
