That's crap on firing the officers, it's all been an attempt to discredit the only visionary that Rogers has ever had in it's former city administrator Gary Eitel.

As far as the tornado the structure was already insured so it did not cost any more.

Zamman has to get some pics of Richfield up for us... It's breathtaking. One of my favorites in the metro.

well I couldn't find one of it on the web. Not even on their own web site besides the banner picture. You'll have to settle for the other two :o

Here's the link for the amazon page on the book that was discussed earlier. It was made by an Edina dad and is a great book! It's available at local bookstores and online.

I don't know about firing the cops directly relating to the ice arena. The tornado only knocked down one of the walls which was all they had up at that point, it pushed back the opening but nothing more.

Don't know anything about how nice he was, but he had money, influence and some fortunate people benefitted.

Thought I would post this since we finally were able to get a few minutes to upload some new photos of Warroad Gardens, Warroad Olympic, and Roseau Memorial arenas that were taken over the Hockey Day Minnesota Weekend. We will upload all 900+ images of the games from Baudette over the next few days. Click on the arena images to see a little bit of building history and more....Enjoy

Cloquet's arena is awesome as well.
I have seen both of these rinks up close and i think that when Warroad plays a big game (Example: Roseau) the atmosphere in that arena is amazing. at the same time, however, when cloquet is sold out it has an amazing atmosphere. Two of the best high school rinks in the state.
