diamond class action suit

Post by Rocketwrister »

Hello all,

In the paper today it mentioned that if you have purchased any type of diamond from January 1st 1996 to 2006 there is a class action suit in which you can sign up. No money is guaranteed as of now, but I'm guessing the more people sign up this the better the possiblity...??..

More info is in the link provided, if anyone is interested.

As nice as it sounds (and I loves me some litigation!), I've paid a far higher price by buying that thing in the first place than I could ever expect back in a judgment or settlement.

Thanks for the info Rocketwrister. I look forward to getting my $10 off voucher for a future DeBeers purchase while the firms representing the class smile all the way to the bank. Gotta love those class actions!!

Exactly.

And btw Rocket, the more people that file, the less that each person gets.
