Dano Jacques

Post by mrsnake »

Do you think Dano Jacques is the best defensemen in Class A? And is he among the best in both classes?

I,m not even sure Dano is the best defensemen on his own team. I may be wrong but I believe Olson is ranked higher and is also amazing. Dano is a true team player and nothing shows this more than how hes handled Olson coming in. Marshall is blessed to have Dano Jacques and he is a true leader. Nice job on the 4 playmakers Dano you sure know how to play a big game and are so fun to watch. Love it! Kudos to Dano!

Mr. Jacques is a top 5 defenseman in the entire state. He has a blast of a slapshot which most people saw in the state tourney last year, he sees the ice extremely well, and he is an extremely fast skater. He has a bright future.

Ness is definitely the most polished defensemen and is the states best player. But take time to give Dano Jacques credit as he as also proved he can play big games. In last years State Tournament Dano shined and as I said in a earlier post he is so unselfish and all about team and team success. Id take Dano on my team any day :D

play in big games? like the state championship game? that Aaron Ness has already won and is favored to win again.I apperciated his hat trick to beat st thomas just as much as anyone but im sorry the fact Dano is 0-2 in title games and Ness is 1 for 1 so i would def rather have Ness on my team

Brad johnson won a superbowl.. hes 1 for 1, hes favored to go back this year. john elway was 0-2 before he won his first one.. who is better who would rather have as your quarterback?
(your point has no valididity)

puck bounces one way, and that could mean the difference between winning and loosing. puck bounced Ness's way, puck didnt bounce Dano's..
if i remember ray bourque too, i dont beleive he won a stanley cup untill his final year. and he was 0-2 before he went his final year. in fact i can name many 0-2 players who were much better than players that actually won a stanley cup... Lets find another reason to have ness on our team over dano.

If hockey were an individual sport your argument would have validity. But due to the fact that it is a team sport and team championships are won and lost you do not have anything close to a good point.

Of course you agree, because Dano left east, so you have something against him. That was probably one of his best decisions to go to DM.
