You will know him by the activity around him. The women will be drooling and fainting and the men running out of fear.
OR vise-versa. :D

PR 12 Bagley 2...so Park by 10 +

I am big and old.

A mean look on my face and a darker glow in my heart.

If you get too close I'll snap your neck like a twig.

Actually, I am big an old.
Black to graying hair.
If you are there early I may be talking to the Bagley coach.
In Bagley, I usually stand at the near end to the right of the goal - near the locker room entrance/exit and the refs room.
May have a cup of cup in my hand if I can find someone to buy (too chap to cough up a buck of my own).
I may have on a maroon MN Hockey jacket that says 'Mark Elliott' on the chest. I won (perhaps by default) it in a poker game.

In a flood year, Ada sometimes finds itself at the bottom of the Red River.

 He was kidding. He knows exactly were every rink in Northern Minnesota is.
I know.. I know who he is and I know that he is a well of knowledge. It was for others who may want to join in on the festivities... See you there Champ?
Coming from EGF or CROX on 2 and taking a right at the stop light will end you up in PR. Turn NORTH at the stop light and follow the above directions (for those who don't know).

So...warrior07...one of the founding members of the PR Peanut Gallery was telling the truth OR the mohunk is a bohunk. :P

So what were the game details...a little birdie told me 2 - 1 after TWO with the Flyers only skating with 10 guys for a period and a half...that's far from the double digit woodshed beating some of the PR Peanut Gallery predicted. Could it be without Lehrke, PR is nothing more than mere mortals?

Yes, that's true.
BGCF (whatever order)....
One player was ill and in street clothes...
2 plyers on the bench sat a period for team infraction.
Lehrke was in street clothes with a slight limp, deep bruise to the thigh< i believe.
PR was very dominant in the first, but the big guy in goal stopped just about everything...
Second period Bagley came at 'em hard, made it 2-1 withabout 5 minutes to go inthe second; SOG were about equla or favored Bagley.
Third period....
...well, Bagley needs conditioning if they can't recruit more kids that can skate.
But it was a gallant effort...

PR Knapp, Winkler, Tolle looked good.

I know that injury all too well.

Week off, light skating, ice regularly, get on an anti-inflamitory right away.

If that thing knots up it could linger for weeks and take away his extra gear.

49-13-1 on the year

Post by Irishmans Shanty »

Sat Dec 22: "Winter Solstice Edition"

Central-Mount-Cathedral Alumni @ Crookston (#97), this one is too easy
Mayville-Portland (N.D.) @ Kittson Central (#120) Got to beat these guys, hoops are king in Mayville
Coon Rapids (#53) @ Bemidji (#73), This would be a good win for the Jacks

After watching last night's ugly game...a win for the Warriors outshooting the Elves 35 to 15, I don't see this Section as "up for grabs" it's more like "someone's to lose" if that's even possible. =;

If this is true, and I have every reason to believe that it is, I think the time has come.

Might be wishful thinking Shanty cuz after seeing the first round of Section match-ups E70 is right; the gap between #1 and the rest is too wide. However, there is an Achilles Heel...same one as last year...but the difference from last year is there is no armour plating on order to shield it. :P Can it be exploited...we can only stay "undercover" and watch.

..I dont see how someone can say (UHL) that PR are "mere mortals" with no Lehrke....it was still 5-1 and another "W" for PR....so I dont see what ur point is..or where it is coming from.... 8)

Suzy...weren't you the PR Peanut Gallery member that said 12-2 for your prediction? Face it you go into the third period...2 - 1 in a game BAGLEY played short handed because their coach made them and you pick up three goals against a gassed team in the third without your Superstar. Tell you the difference between PR and Warroad even without Warroad's top gun that's a ten goal difference before the third period begins. Like I said without the Superstar....nothing more than mere mortals.
