Some days there is much more "reading" and things to do on this great MN Youth Hockey Forum. However, other days, there just isn't a whole lot to talk about.
Where else on the web do you spend your free time?
(Please keep it clean)
I'll Start with one .......
www.hockeyarena.net
Hockey Arena is on-line hockey manager game, where you choose your team's players, train them in different aspects and then lead your developed team on to victory. Your opponent is not the computer, as in some other games, but thousands of people from more then 50 countries of the World. The game tries to simulate real process of hockey seasons, such as teams promoting and demoting from league to league. New players are coming to the team from your junior academies, players get older and their abilities, influenced by the age, decrease.
I have been playing this game for the past 4 years, and it hasn't lost it's luster for me just yet. It does take a little bit of time to get used to some of the aspects, but is well worth it. If you decide to try it out, feel free to mail me here and I would be happy to give you some pointers.
