it's probably been going on for alot of teams for a while, except for the Vikings. Why do you think they lost so many games. lol

Well, I don't know the exact specifics of what was done or the wording of the rule broken.

It sounded like it could've been something where he didn't think he was breaking a rule as it was written. I'm not sure.

Anyone know the exact details of both?

He knew. They all do this in some form. Jimmy Johnson said today he had an intern go through the trash of the opposing coaches booth after games to find any little peice of info he could. All football teams at all levels watch other coaches and the ensueing play to try and pick up an edge. Bilichek just got caught doing it with a video camera.
