Twins (67-63) @ Indians (71-57) Aug 27-29, for boblee

Post by Neutron 14 »

Game 1
Carlos Silva, RHP (10-12, 4.10) vs Paul Byrd, RHP (12-5, 4.61)

Game 2
Boof Bonser, RHP (6-10, 4.76) vs Jake Westbrook, RHP (4-7, 4.40)

Game 3
Johan Santana, LHP (14-9, 2.97) vs C.C. Sabathia, LHP (14-7, 3.3

The interest returns. The ball is being "Boofed". Gotta love how Torii and Bartlett are swinging the bat. Morneau is showing signs as well. If the pitching holds up September could be a gas.

I like the matchups in this series. It could happen.

I don't know. Cy Young.. uh... Paul Byrd is on the bump for the series. The best they can hope for is 2 out of 3.

It could happen. Easily. Okay, okay, easily is a stretch. But I do like the match ups.

Paul Byrd's dominance over the Twins can't last forever, now is a great time to bang him around a bit.

I don't know if the Twins were good or Bedard was bad but they beat the best in the business today.

Irishmans Shanty, today was just an all around great game. I didn't notice anything special in Bedard's game.

What kind of guy creates a thread and then just abandons it, leaving it as trash on the side of the road.

I hate litterbugs....

I dont like tonights matchup at all.

The Twins dont match up well with CLE nor any other good hitting team.

Think win 2 from CLE and sweep KC.

Silva's effort appears to be falling a little flat tonight.

Following an inning where Punto does what he does best; not hit the ball.
