Good Mens Leagues

I graduated last year and was looking for some good Mens Leagues to play in this fall and winter. Does anyone know of any decent ones in the metro area?

I could be wrong, but don't you have to be 21? I know that was the case when Hockey North America was around before AHA branched off.

I heard Sheiks has a nice league but 21 is the age requirement there too
