Selecting high school rosters

Does the coaching staff typically chose the teams or do they also rely on the input of "outside the system non coach graders?"

The coaching staff selects them.

There are pre-season tryouts where the kids will be evaluated by the coaching staff. Make no mistake, if they are in their high school STP program the evaluation has already started.

There are pre-season tryouts where the kids will be evaluated by the coaching staff. Make no mistake, if they are in their high school STP program the evaluation has already started. Therefore, big time effort should be made in the summer camp to impress the coaches.
