At least the black courderoy "Christian Bros. Hockeytown USA" jackets have been put out to pasture.

Did you notice the black leather jacket worn by the Warroad Co-Head Coach interviewed after the 2nd had WCHA on it?

I've always agreed that Aaron Marvin has been quite a player.
If he somehow takes over and wins this thing for Warroad, I'd be even more impressed.
There's good, solid players.
Then there's great players.
Then.... there are legends.
Spehar's hattys come to mind.

Draw it down, fold it up, and pack it away for another day.
Good entertainment for a Friday afternoon, thanks fellas.
Way to advance Hawks!

Hermantown marches on, but not without controversy! I thought Hermantown was way offside on that goal they scored. Good game, though. What's the feeling on the "bored" about Warroad's disallowed goal? I didn't get the best of views of it as I just walked back into the room as they ended the replay.

I thought the same thing in live action....but there was no camera replay that could show it and he very well might of still had a skate on the blue line. The ref was right there and didnt call it. I think it was of the Warroad coching staff trying to get a make-up call on a close play than anything.
Oh, it was a pretty play!
