I cant believe someone can even mention kvansicka in the same line as grimstad or knoepke those two are WAY better players then kvansicka if he was that good he would of atleast got drafted in the futures draft or at least been talked to just cause he has a full ride to The U of M for baseball doesnt mean other hockey teams wouldnt talk to him or draft him in the futures draft and you will see tonight the better players are grimstad and knoepke

MN Wild 16,
If Kvaniscka is a 1988 birthdate, which he likely is, he was NOT eligible for the futures draft for the USHL. There are many seniors in that situation.
Just because you are drafted in the future's draft, only means one team in the USHL has your rights. YOu can't go tryout for another team unless they release you.

5-2 final, Century really controlled play all night, everything that people said they needed, they got. SOG's were 25-8 after 1, and 42-12 after 2. They got 4 goals from the 2nd line(Ahrens scored the first two, Knutson, Briscoe) and 1 from the 3rd(Justin Phelps w/ great assist from Sparks). Ewing played well enough, not outstanding, but solid. Lakeville scored on the PP in the 3rd to cut it to 4-2, and had another PP chance keeping things interesting, but Briscoe scored to make it 5-2 with about 6 minutes left, pretty much finishing it.

yea id have to agree with Cent14.. century pretty muchc ontrolled the whole game except for a couple of breakdowns in the first two periods and lakeville finally stepped it up when they realized they were down 4-1 and had to get some offense going in the third period
century just came out and played their game and i wouldnt be surprised to see them win a game or two at the X if they continue playing with this intensity
