Wood Hockey Sticks
I am looking to buy the most durable wood hockey stick possible. I don't really care about performance, I am just looking for a stick that can take all the punishment I can dish out. Do you guys have any advice? Also, can you get different curves, like on the composites? If yes, what curves do you guys recomend?

I've got this one, and it's treating me ok, but I'm not playing for real - just playground hockey and the odd late night "cheap ice" pick-up game at whatever arena we can get into. And yes, you can get different curves, and can find a chart here. Because I'm not playing for real, I'm more interested in keeping the puck down, so I have the "Recchi" curve on the CCM grid. When I was in school (I left just when aluminum sticks were becomming popular) I was a big Sher-Wood guy. Those things were tough and the blades rarely splintered which was nice.
But Shooter's right... if you're playng for real, get a composite.
