Rochester tournament starts tonight...
Round Robin
Red pool
Rochester Red vs St Louis Park
Princeton vs Forest Lake
White pool
Rochester White vs Roseville
Woodbury vs Wayzata Gold
Black pool
Rochester Black vs Blaine
St Francis vs Prior Lake
Sunday: First place from Red pool plays first place from White pool. Wildcard Plays winner of Black pool. Winners of those games go to the ship.
I'll take Blaine out of Black pool, Woodbury out of White pool, and Princeton out of Red pool, with either Wayzata, Rochester Red, or Rochester Black getting the wild card. Thoughts?
Also I only listed friday night's games, so obviously all the teams in each pool will play each other at least once.

I only know bits and pieces of the scores...
Princeton over Forest Lake 6-2
Rochester Red over Minneapolis park
Roseville tied Rochester White 2-2
I did watch the entire Blaine Rochester Black game. Rochester scored first, but went into the 3rd losing 2-1. Rochester ties it up with about 3 minutes left, and then Blaine scores with 28 seconds left in the 3rd period to give them the 3-2 win. Shots were 30-19 Blaine.
Anyone have the result of Wayzata vs Woodbury?
Also, after seeing Princeton and the other teams besides Roch. Red play tonight, I agree that Red will make it out of their pool. It seems Princeton is not nearly the same team they were at the end of last year. I just find it a little suspicious that the tournament coordinator who creates the brackets/pools has a son on Rochester Red, who in my opinion has the easiest pool by far. But that's Rochester politics for you.
