Da shield. It helps the other players to see my dashing good looks.

Cage........even the best of shields fog up or get wet with a hard working player behind them....also shields hamper communication, and the life on them is less then desirable with the abuse they take.
Cage all the way..........I like the chrome ones 8)

if everyone on the team has a shield, it looks tight just like the gophs but if just one kid on his team has it it looks gay

Cage. The best cage is the Titanium cage. It is very light and helps prevent whiplash injuries. It is spendy though at around $140.

Yeah that Itech titanium cage is pretty tight. It's super light and the inside of it is painted white, while the outside is black. It's a really good idea on itech's behalf. I thought they were really ugly when the gophers started to wear them a couple years ago but until i felt how light they were, it kinda just cancels out the bad look haha.

My vote is for the cage. Don't have to deal with fog up or scratched shield.

...The Gophs don't wear shields...a couple do, I suppose. But like previously stated, the Gophs wear those new titanium itechs.

Cage, like stated before no fogging to bother with and no scratches.

$140 for a cage??? I think all my equipment cost that musch back when I played. Well I shouldn't be too shocked when sticks cost more then that cage these days. Cage protects your face so I can see a chunck of change going that way, but a stick...ugh.

cage all the way... dealing with the fogging up and scratching of the mask is a hastle. is there any place to look at the spendy cages?
