Too much hockey, no time for lerning

Post by Jackler »

I have to first say that this site is very informative, supportive, and benificial for Minnesota hockey at all levels. I appreciate all of the views, opinions and clever banter that this board has to offer. However, it is becoming increasingly hard to browse through posts that are filled with misspelled words, horrible use of punctuation, and overt misuse of words in thier standard form. Everyone here takes thier hockey very seriously, as I assume you take your jobs, homelife, and other interests. Why then, is it so difficult to take the time to properly write a post on this site. I can live with the written slang accronyms, jk, omg, these sorts of things. But, in some instances the entire idea, or message is distorted by the misuse of one word. Thought, and though are not used interchangably, neither are played and play. And, if I see one more person mispell SIEVE, I think I may puke.

Maybe you should "lern" how to spell some words too...

Hey Jackler:

I think a puked because you spelled two words wrong in your post:

It's "beneficial", not benificial.
It's "their", not thier

So with that being said Shakespere, why don't you contact your school board instead of going after a bunch of people that are not here for grammer and punctuation.

Hey Jackler,

I find it amusing it that you are bashing other people for improper spelling. Where did you learn to spell? Maybe LEARNING to spell yourself may be BENEFICIAL to you......

I knew those were going to be the first responses, misspelled words placed purposly for your enjoyment. Now I'm just waiting for the really clever person to respond with this "here is an accronym for you, FU", I am surprised it hasn't happened yet.

Jackler,

I'm sure you also meant to misspell "purposely" right? Good try!

Seriously, this has to be the dumbest thread I have ever seen. You really think a bunch of 13-15 year olds are going to check their spelling outside of school? I honestly dont think they give a rats as*.
