D6 bantam A
who do think will win and who will be the surprise in a good or bad way
D6 Bantam A
Edina will dominate the league once again. I look for a 3-peat state finals appearance for this team.
Chaska will be good, but I'll take size and speed of the Hornets over the Hawks
Eden Prairie will be solid, but with the loss of Meyers to Shattuck and Ford moving(?), how will their netminding be?
Burnsville is my darkhorse. Lots of returning players coming off a pretty good bantam A season from last year.

re: D6 standings
Watch out for Jefferson who I think could be the sleeper of the year. They have never been very good with this group of players in the past but this year rumor has it they are getting several move ins from other associations. A couple from Kennedy and a few more from outside Bloomington.
Goaltending will be key this year and I think that EP (if Meyer stays), and Edina have an advantage there. Minnetonka also has a shot but I agree that Burnsville could be a 'dark horse' because they have a lot of talent returning:
1) EP
2) Jefferson
3) Edina
4) Burnsville
5) Minnetonka
6) Chaska

k you are making the worst possible picks imaginable! you think jefferosn will do better than edina and chaska! you have tonka, bville also ahead of chaska! even though chaska is loosing mattson and hamrick, they still will be in the mix to win the league. they will still have burke at goalie even though i hear hes trying out for AHA. and they still will have something like 7 guys from the team last year.
these are my picks
1.edina
2.chaska
3.ep
4.bville
5.tonka
6jefferson

re: D6
Chaska losing Mattson and Hamrick is HUGE and they couldn't even get out of district playoffs last year with them (I think they lost to Burnsville). I'll agree with you that Jefferson may not be that good but I think they could be a sleeper which is what I said. Edina might also be stronger because they always seem to be good but Chaska will not be in the hunt to win the district this year.
