Post your Scores HERE!!!
Curious as too any & all scores from MN Jr Gold Hockey.
Especially those from the Metro Hockey League.
Be they 'A', 'B', or U16

Please use the Following Format:
Away- (Score) @ Home (Score)

The season started yesterday, and I know that there were a couple of games, but I can't find the scores anywhere. Being the Metro Hockey League takes a few days to get them on their website, it would be nice for teams to post scores that they are aware of at this form. Also add any relevant info regarding the game, who scored, when, how etc.......

Jr Gold B
I am one of the coaches for the Inver Grove Heights Jr Gold B team. Scores that i know of from district 8 are

South St. Paul (2) @ Rochester Red (0)
Woodbury (0) @ South St. Paul (7)

Hastings is the top team in district 8 after that its SSP, IGH, Rochester Red and maybe Lakeville. I say maybe to Lakeville because they had a good team last year but i dont know about this year. They play at Hastings on thursday and i will be going so i will have that score and also know how good Lakeville is this year.

Re: Jr Gold B
Hey Freighttrain,

It's nice to see someone else on this board for once. Hopefully it will catch-on a bit. I know that I'll let other coaches in the MHL know about it (just search for "Jr. Gold Hockey MN" on Google.com) Maybe others can do the same.

So it seems as though there is possibly another league besides the MHL. Is this the case? Or do you just play each other from Dist 8?
I knew that Dist 8 didn't have many teams in the MHL (if any) but wasn't sure of how they had divisions ect.

I would love to setup some games between St. Louis Park Jr. Gold 'B' and some other 'B' teams that are not in the MHL. We have quite a few 1 1/2 hour blocks available to play games (or scrimmages) against other teams.

If you or anyone else is interested please let me know.

Josh Mueller
612-749-5267

RAVE @ SLP tonight at 7:15pm - score will be posted tomorrow

district 8
District 8 is another league. Its all District 8 teams with Albert Lea added in this year. We have always played in our own league instead of being in the Metro because we usually have 8 or more teams every year.

Re: district 8
Do you have any games set-up against teams from the MHL or do you play just teams from Dist 8? Besides going to Tourneys, that is. I'd really like to set-up a few games "outside of MHL" and for you all "outside District 8" to work on things and find out (for ranking purposes) who are some of the better 'B' teams in the area.

Let Me Know,
SLP Coach

Re: rumor
They have at least the top 5, Jr Gold 'B' Rankings in the paper, but I don't think they will be on the website.

Would be interested to hear if that really is the case on the Tartan/Forest Lake game. Man 18-1, that is a tough one to swallow.

We play Tartan Next Sat 12/20, atleast it is at home.

Where are you from CoachGuy?

roseville

Re: roseville
Blaine U-16 won 4-0 against stillwater. Roseville was an alright team..... but every team is pretty close to equal in this league so it's hard to tell.

Blaine
Man..... Blaine hasn't done all that hot lately..... lost in a scrimage to Champlin (3-0-1) and tied Wayzata White (1-1-3) 3-3 in a regular season game.... but they still remain unbeaten in the regular season.

What are the other U-16 teams doing this season for tournaments?
