It is and has been for 60 years about getting the best teams from all over the state. Those best teams prove they are the best by winning a playoff against other teams from their part of the state. Check the scores from the 40s, 50s, 60s etc.<br><br>It has worked for along time and will continue to work. <p></p><i></i>
