One reason he won't go to Edina. The transfer rule. He'd have to sit out an entire year. That's reason enough to avoid Edina for Lee... in my understanding the NEW rule says that if the student lives in the city hes transferring into he doesnt have to sit out. something like that. thats what i hear...
