Jbone, tell us more about this. Did he resign or just leave for more $ in a teaching job? If hes gone, who's next? I had a feeling this might let the flood gates open to potential coach hopefulls. I'm not sure, but I don't think he resigned. There might have been some family issues that stirred thi...

i'm with you on that bet man. red wing is a great team with a great coach. unfortunately for them they are in a great section and got stuck with a 5 seed. they could still make a run though, all of the top 5 teams in this section can.

Middle of the second

Lakeville South: 3
Lakeville North: 2

Lakeville North's top line is bringing them back into this game. Goals by Hartwell and Saunders. South is going on the powerplay right now.

After 1

Lakeville South: 3
Lakeville North:0

Shorts were somewhere around 20-7 in favor of South.

South is dominating this game, the second goal should have been waved off but nevertheless North looks very, very bad.

Re: coach

ya the coach is from red wing and he was the goalie when johnny pohl was playing there and there is no way red wing will win because fry is just the bruiser and i'm sure someone else will definitly step up score a few hmm. you dont happen to be the connor bergman on the northfield roster do you? hi...

He got a game-misconduct for checking from behind in the St. Peter game. Since it was his second of the year it is a 4 game suspension. I have to tip my hat to Leivermann. For a kid that has been suspended for 4 games he is still able to keep his team going from off the ice. He worked the door for ...

Roseau- 11 Farmington- 1 9 power play goals for the Rams. Farmington was short handed for 16 of the 17 minutes in the 2nd period and had to kill off two 5 on 3's for over a minute and a half. Roseau had 32 shots in the 2nd period if it's any indication... oh and it was played in Roseau, if that giv...

i highly doubt he is saying that but the rams dont need help from the refs. their power play is simply amazing and when farmington is in the box close to 30 minutes its ridiculous. saw the box score today and 9 power goals, 8 in the second period? and from what i've heard they have the owner of the ...

I think you're insane.

I will be the first to admit i was doubting the boys from Mankato West but after their convincing win tonight over undefeated Owatonna, i gotta say these boys are.

yeah i suppose. i had heard that thauwold talked up quite a bit but i thought alexander was a much better player. both have great shots though. i thought farmington controlled most of the game after that first period though, it will be interesting to see them come section time because they proved la...

sorry just adding on to my other post. haha i agree with both of you about the refs too. the farmington coach was indeed beside himself after that hit from behind but i heard a lot of that was because a farmington jv got kicked out for a less severe hit from behind during the jv game. and farmington...

you both made great observations of the game. a few things i noticed though is that farmington can really contend this year. they proved it holding mayo to 4 shots in the second period and than completely dominating the 3rd period with nothing to show for it. i thought when they did get their chance...

Rochester Lourdes- 4 Farmington- 2 Farmington played with them alright surprisingly but i heard a couple of Farmington parents talking about how bad they thought their team was playing. They spent most of the 3rd period killing penalties and did very well actually, i think Lourdes was 0-4 in the 3rd...

probably the best outline you could have given for this section. i take it you really follow it as you really seem to know what you are talking about. im anxious to see farmington against mayo and owatonna as they have crushed two fo the weaker 1AA teams. but as you said the next couple of weeks wil...

Re: d

those arent very impressive wins for farmington..... i havent seen the team play yet, but scoring 22 goals in 3 games is pretty impressive if you ask me. and if i heard right the average shots those last three games are somewhere around 40-15 in favor of them. whatever though pioneer. i guess you c...
