B) Very scary to think that a guy like Bowlby can be a 4th liner last year. That guy jumped out to me big time! Someone tell me this is just a glitch in the HockeyHub website. I'm showing Bowlby with 0-Goals and 9-Assists in 38 career games. Is this correct? Has he really never scored a varsity goa...

The Wild are simply a disgrace of a franchise. While I do realize that a seventh round draft choice is fairly irrelevant in the grand scheme of things, I find it hard to believe they couldn't have found a player with a little more potential. I have no problem with taking a flyer in the later rounds,...

Just when you think the great minds of the D10 board cant possibly get any dumber, they go and conjure up another sensational rule like this. It's really quite amazing. How can a functional human brain even conceive such an idea as this? 3 Scrimmages against only D10 teams. Cant wait to see that gre...

I never knew what Pink Floyd's song "Welcome to the Machine" was all about. It's all starting to make sense. Here's the last verse:

"Welcome my son, welcome to the machine.
What did you dream?
It's alright we told you what to dream.
You dreamed of a big STAR"

Well put Tenover. Nobody ever accused Brett Hull of being a work horse. The fact is he put the puck in the net and thats what wins hockey games. Theres a difference between working hard and working smart. I see a lot of youth players who constantly skate themselves out of position and miss scoring c...

As a D6 official we just need to be more honest. Players need to be warned before the games not to hit anybody too hard. If you do so, you will be found guilty of one of the following infractions: charging, roughing, boarding, interferance, and my personal favorite head contact. It's simple, if you ...

Perhaps, but the #1 kid on the "B-1" squirt team has just as good of a shot to make the Bantam A team, as does the #15 kid kid on the squirt "A" team.

Regardless of what kind of kid he is what do you expect other teams to think? I'm sure there are a lot of kids out there that are real dissapointed they wont have the pleasure of getting physically dominated by Budish this year.

I agree with cornmuk. I know Walker is small, but lets get serious. I saw most of the games and there definitely weren't 54 better forwards than him. I thought we were past the days of the big project kids.

Machine= Varsity
Deuce= J.V.
Snipers= Junior Gold A
* Probably not a lot of Snipers on this team, if they were they would be on the Machine.
Grinders= Junior Gold B
* Very appropriate name for this squad.
