Wouldn't it be great if SCC received a top 3 seed, and Luverne was "randomly" drawn to play them first round? I know it won't happen even if EGF lost and SPA lost in their respective finals.

Or maybe we see Luverne and SCC on the consolation side...

Well if that's true that one of the 3 Elite Roster kids are leaving this year, that definitely put a damper on the Cards hopes of returning to state in 2015. I have to assume that "Big Sexy" is Smedsrud? Can anyone confirm or deny this rumor?

East Grand Forks played 15 teams in regular season (not counting WI teams that I do not have immediate info on). 11 had winning records. Of the 4 one was Moorhead at 13-13-1. . Agreed on Frakes. That kid plays balls to the wall. Probably didn't have the most talent on the team, but he more than made up for it with effort.

I like Luverne in this one. I think they jump out to an early 2-0 lead. From there it will be back and forth, until the 3rd when Luverne pours it on. 5-2 Luverne.
