Eagan vs. Eastview
As I said a year ago "Eagan bores me this time of year." Learn how to coach, with all the talent they have had it must be disappointing for the community.

Re: Get a Clue MSHSL
Your knee jerk reaction has ruined the game. Get down to the basics of teaching kids how to hit and take a hit. Get the Hockey Moms the hell out of the rink. YOU ARE RUINING THE GAME. The Canadians are laughing at you clowns. The great Don Cherry: and checking (I will add) “Everyone knows everybody...

Rule changes for safety
It's simple, or so it seems....if you see thier numbers DON'T HIT THEM. I guarantee it will have less effect on the game than the "touch up rule." If you violate ( even by accident ) 5 minute PP and your out of game. After one year of adjustment by ref's, coaches and players we will talkin...

Rule changes for safety
Someone please explain to me what purpose checking from behind, or any contact from behind serves. If it's eliminated completely (zero tolerance) how will effect the game we love? Some rule changes effect the game immediately, remove the red line, move blue line back, goalies only can handle pucks i...

AHA vs. Edina
Ill start by saying I had a vested interest in this game, I'm continually amused by comments like " we can't blame the ref's for the loss." and the ref's had a bad night but didn't decide the outcome. Of course ref's have an influence in a game otherwise we could drop the puck and have the...

The chances of AHA opting out of anything sports related are probably as good as STA moving to AA class.

I have never spent much time dreaming, and if I did it would not be about things most productive adults won't remember two weeks from now. Enjoy the parade! It's something that these kids will remember for the rest of their lives. When Herb Brooks was asked about his proudest moment as a coach, he ...

Really wasn't crowing, just responding to Eagles comments. Here's what he had to offer. Okay, lets take a look at the EP athletic program as a whole, shall we? There's this trophy out there called the challenge cup, awarded to one A and one AA high school every year that has the best athletic progra...

And by the way, it went off the stick. Here's proof: http://www.flickr.com/photos/60569139@N03/5522852533/ I found it fitting that Rau ends his HS career by flopping, my concern about Rau is seeing him get pounded by sophomores and I mean POUNDED. It will be interesting to watch him take the ice at...

AA rankings
Jags finish 14-8-3 and are #3 seed. Two loses to EP and loss & tie with Burnsville. AHA finish 16-8-1 and get #4 seed. Wins over EP. Burnsville, not to mention Cretin ( ask Edina about Cretin) and handed Blake one of their 3 losses, 7-0. Forget AHA being worthy of # 3 seed Im thinking #2 seed. G...
