Is "invite" the Minnesota Made way of categorizing "open"?

Can any one advise what the difference (caliber?) is between the AAA Elite tournament to be held April 30-May 2 vs. the AAA Invite tournament to be held May 7-9? Both tournaments hosted by Minnesota Made. Thanks in advance for any insight!

Do you want to provide your kids stats and those of his teamates. Perhaps then we can make a proper determination on whether yo should handle this in the parking lot by dropping the gloves!
