seeding tonight: see it this way. 1) Elk River 2) Andover 3) Duluth East 4) Forest Lake 5) Grand Rapids 6) Cloquet 7) St Francis 8) Cambridge Seems like there is a close top 4 then a drop. could FL take over third spot? Yes it looks like DE Beat FL by a goal, but some camparable opponents scores giv...

This is so common in HS Hockey. I see the long thread about Joey Benick and the skeptics talking about his scoring title, however games such as thisone and Hill Murray also has its share of cake-walk games. I saw the box score of the game they had saturday evening. they gave up 3 shots and won 9 - 0...

Rapidsrapids, I do see they lost to east ridge, they also beat east ridge big. I have just heard they look at head to head more favorably then who lost to who. So Far Grand Rapids has a not so hot record. I think Forest Lake has only 3 losses on the year (according to hockeyhub) Cloquet I know nothi...

Thoughts on the Suburban East Confr. this year ?

Always seems to be a tough conference, There is always surprises, upsets, Thoughts? what do you know about the teams. There seems to be depth on some teams, others with maybe "one" very good line. any thoughts.

this is more then a Blaine issue: why did Champlain park and Forest Lake give the waivers in the first place. why did D-2 agree to it? all parties need to sign off to make a waiver legal? are these associations getting rid of a problem parent. maybe their original association do not want these playe...

The 2 districts involved can fix this, also MN Hockey should step in. why can't people just play by the rules ?? its really not that difficult. If you do not like where your school is MOVE !!!! spark the economy, put house up for sale, buy home where Grass is Greener. then your name will not be MUD!...

Andover - 2 solid lines, Decowski and Ekman can score.
Grand Rapids - Always seem to hang towards the top. no superstar's

I have to say I have been very empressed at the Talent level of this league. It continues to get better and better. These kids are serious about playing hockey at even a higher level and there focus shows it.

The NAHL and the MN Highschool Hockey Rules / transfer rules are not all that enclusive to be a before and after player. Unless you live in, or very near by the town of the team. Or I guess if your home schooled. The MNJHL is a very good source for that elite HS Player to start filling their resume ...

The Elite league has lost some crediability due to the players it takes, or better yet the players they do not ask to try out. Politics are 100% the reason people are asked. Certian High school coaches get there players in where lesser known, younger coaches do not. I use to be pretty high on this l...

I think its fairly new - Longest history is the MN Owls (i believe) which is 10 - 12 years ??. top end teams are pretty good, top end teams will give lower to middle of the road NAHL team a run for there money. Bottom team was really poor except for a couple of players. Fun to watch though. some tea...
