Tough to tell for sure when watching the little screen, but it looked to me like all of Maple Grove's goals should have been stopped.mnhockey30 wrote:4 - 3 benilde
Yeah, the MG goals that I saw looked rather soft to me as well. That said, MG is a nice little team; they play pretty good defense, roll 3 decent lines, and have a few players who will probably get a little more recognition as the season goes on. BSM was about what I expected--flashy top line, good 2nd line, a bit thin beyond their top couple D-men. They're a good team, but I'm not convinced they're quite at the same level as the big Lake teams yet. We'll find out next week.MNHockeyFan wrote:Tough to tell for sure when watching the little screen, but it looked to me like all of Maple Grove's goals should have been stopped.mnhockey30 wrote:4 - 3 benilde
Benilde came out strong tonight then the sophomore goalie did let in two soft goals which put Maple Grove right back in the game. As of now I would have to say that Eden Prairie is the favorite for next weeks game but BSM will have Jecha in net which will make this game very close.karl(east) wrote:Yeah, the MG goals that I saw looked rather soft to me as well.
