Muddyhelmet and anyone else that thinks west is gonna get penalized for celebrating need to let it sink in that the refs are not gonna give penalties unless they go on a rampage or break down the glass. They haven't been penalized all year for it, why would it start now. At the X i'm sure they love putting the camera on kids having some fun after they score goals that's what makes it so fun to watch.

muddyhelmet, i actually would have to agree with your post and i stand corrected, i just got sick of all the ripping on west kids. ya they may be a little less disciplined and what not, but i have to agree that great hockey players do what they need to do, then celebrate after they win state. good post and i cant wait to see this game. should be a great and both teams will represent well, at least i hope. and your right, the last thing they need is for litchfield to over celebrate and have him sit in the box.

more on the game and predictions, i think if west gets a lot of shots and bruggeman can play well, there is no reason they wont win this game. lourdes has a good goalie in scudamore but if they can crack him, oven up the flood gates cuz it could get ugly. i look forward to seeing the top two lines battle. my underdog players to watch are cambell from lourdes and bruggeman, the skater.

lourdes first second and third line are solid and wests second and third line are pretty solid as well, but the X factor is wests first line. they are extraordinary. they potentially could be one of the best first lines in state.
also 5 of these west kids have been playing varsity hockey for 4 years. experience and leadership will help west beat a young promising lourdes team. its wests year and lourdes your on your way next year.
