Okay, so Dan Otis and Tyler Oliver assisted on a power-play goal by Justin Oliver, correct? I will go with that since you are a first-hand observer.
Thanks for pointing that out.

Hurley's played Edina, CDH, Burnsville, Elk River, Roseau, Blake in just 8 games so far this year. I don't know where he ranks but the kid sure doesn't look like a freshman.

Aaron Dietmeier scored another goal in Tuesday's game. Silly Freshman forgot his jerseys so on hockey hub goal was given to a jv kid who has never even dressed varsity.
As far as most talented, this kid has to be up there. Big and strong for only a freshman....

Karson Kuhlman has a great stride, it is very long and smooth. The kid has tremendous patience and confidence with the puck. He isn't afraid to make a play and due to the quality of his hands and his exceptional speed he can beat a lot of defenders. In my opinion he is Cloquet's best player, every time he is on the ice he does something that impresses me and is also very unselfish. He has great vision and a good shot. He also does the little things, chippy in front of the net, always in position, and is also very vocal and seems to have great knowledge of the game. Once in a while he will make a rookie mistake and panic with the puck but that rarely happens. He is undersized a little bit (but as a freshman who isn't) but his speed and tenacity make up for it. I wouldn't be surprised if he leaves Cloquet early if he continues to develop. Very good player has to be the top Freshman playing high school hockey in the state.

He doesnt play the best teams in state obviously. But he could sure be a factor even if he played for a cities powerhouse.... just my thinking
