I know they had a great season last year, but who's back? who'd they lose?
Not saying they won't do well, I'd just like more info.
8)
Hopkins graduated 4 seniors from last year--three wingers (B. Boyd, Groom and Essel) and their most experienced defender (Greene). While the wingers didn't have huge point totals they gave depth in different line combinations and created and finished. The biggest challenge will be replacing that depth and if the defense can mature in front of one of the best goalies in the state, Alex Fons, they could give teams trouble. Having Skalbeck and Boyd back will also create some offense.

Just my thoughts but I bet you will see a huge drop off in points for T. Boyd.
That is a possibility if they have difficulty replacing the depth noted above and teams are able to focus on him more. He scored on the power play a lot as well, so that remains to be seen for this year. Still will be a good, pesky, counter-attacking team. Don't turn the puck over against them or it will be 2 on 1 coming the other way in a hurry.

I'll get a first hand look as Rogers plays their season opener against Hopkins at Rogers 12/4 :D

Just don't stand behind the Rogers net... after you leave the rink, it might take your eyes quite a while to get rid of that redish tinge.

It's a JOKE! Relax.
