Hence why I said it wasn't a very good argument in an earlier post. I don't even know why i'm still talking. I said I wasn't going to argue but you are like my girlfriend. STOP PICKING AT EVERY LITTLE THING.

Lets hear another prediction from someone PLEASE
Here's a prediction for you.

1. St. Thomas Academy
2. Duluth Marshall
3. Warroad
4. St. Cloud Cathedral

If somehow by the grace of God St. Thomas loses to SSP. Then they will look like this.

1. Duluth Marshall
2. Warroad
3. St. Cloud Cathedral
4. Mankato West

Way to bait the hook

That sounds familiar =D> If STA were to lose how come you predict DM would be number one over Warroad?

Now that's a professionally baited hook by dherman...

Concede on this one Goldy. Give the #1 to Warroad.

I'll bow. Thank you very much. You were quick to catch that one George. Being Goldy is my new hero I didn't want to do that but it could be hypocrytical and I had to take it.

All of Marshall's losses were very close games and Marshall has more quality wins.

The thing that Warroad has going for it is the head to head victory.

I wouldn't be surprised if it went either way.

1. STA --- Just a darn good team
2. Marshmellow--- Beat every one else
3. Warroad --- Same as above
4. St. Cloud Cath. --- Can beat any of the above (This is my Darkhorse champ) Will discuss more after the true seeding.
These 4 Could make for a Great Friday Morning!

And the rest in Alphabetical order.....
Blake--- Always tough in March
Little Falls--- One Two Barbecue
Mank. West--- Great record.............?
New Ulm or Litch.--- Goals for..0 Goals agst. 15-20 (in the show)

If SSP wins  Just move everybody up 1 spot and Blake is 4

Notice how I said my GUESS!!!
I want everybody to keep disregarding LF, keep disrespecting, don't take them serious. Please please please don't take them serious.

It will make winning that much more sweet.
i agree it gets old watching everyone bash LF all the time what did little falls do to state? Because they've won section finals for the last four years? Is it their fault that they are in 6A? They're out there to play hockey at the best of their abilities just like everyone else. Hermantown last year was a good game and they kept up with the class A champions who also went undefeated...

This is how it probably will go down...

1. Duluth Marshall - crushed STA, very good year
2. St. Thomas Academy - (if they win) tough schedule, some nice wins
3. Warroad - beat DM and SCC
4. St. Cloud Cathedral - very consistent

Little Falls - not a tough enough schedule
Mankato West - same as LF
Blake - hot and cold season
New Ulm/Litchfield - nothing to say really

Even if SSP beats STA, they will be a top 4 seed. Besides STA getting beat, the only thing that could change the top 4 is maybe Warroad getting the #1 because they beat DM, but I don't see that happening.

I threw the bottom 4 teams into a hat and these are the matchups I came up with...

1. Duluth Marshall
Litchfield

4. St. Cloud Cathedral
Little Falls

2. St. Thomas Academy
Blake

3. Warroad
Mankato West

IF STA loses I agree DM, Warroad, and SCC will be the top three but here is what I see.........Record against the top 3 in class A
Warroad 2-0
DM 1-1
SCC 0-2

Can't argue this. It's not bashing so much as not giving them credit which they sort of earned with a close game with Hermantown last year at state. They probably have to do more to prove themselves.

The important thing is to get seeded in the top 4. Does it really matter who is 1 through 4? After all, the #1 seed could draw the 5th best team right? The 4th seed could draw the worst of the 8 and have an easy 1st game. I think most people agree who the 4 will be, especially if STA wins.

Because they played a close game with the eventual champs last year and did not win does not earn them any credit for the following season. You are correct, they have to do much more.

If they seeded all 8, they would be lucky to get a 7 seed. Two and back to class with their participation ribbons
