All I know is I wish this game was on TV like the last one. It was one of the better HS games I have seen.

Too bad FSN has to spend so much of its time being politically correct and showing frozen ice berg games up north instead of some for real, big time, high school hockey here in the metro.

The rematch would make for some great TV hockey instead of showing the ice forming around peoples mouths as they try to breath up north.

Agreed. Stick to games where we have a large populace that will watch with interest. Exclude private schools which are small and further limit the audience that will be interested due to their religious affiliations.

The State of Hockey doesn't revolve around a bunch of metropolitan pansies  Maybe they should show an outdoor game in the metro with the black cancerous smog freezing around peoples faces

Oh yah, well neither does it revolve around a bunch of goofs who are too dumb to come in out of weather thats too cold for human life to survive in let alone play hockey...and want everybody to see it on TV.

The players looked like they were all wearing long underwear made of some kind of hard metal.

And the smog down here doesnt freeze, its too dense.

Edina vs. Minnetonka round 2

Don't forget the sweethearts dance @ Minnetonka after the game. We wouldn't want our rough & tough skipper boys to miss out on a dance now, would we????

...unless they're playing Edina.

I'll take the green kids 4-2.

Thats right BIAFP, schedule Edina. They will fly the team up in a corporate jet. Then you wont have any more excuses for the poor northern boys and their schedule.

Say,ah,... is there any place to land?

Edina will need to earn their right to play Roseau in the State Finals, money doesn't cut it for the boys with tradition

So the poor witto Rams don't have enough $$$$$ to come down south, Edina offers to make the trip north, and are rebuked. Sounds like a dodge.

Maybe the #1 ranking is more important to the northern folk than previously stated.

Typical behavior of a "soft schedule" mentality.

Nor do they look at strengthing their schedule.   Run and hide, run and hide.

The mythical SOS trophy will remain in the metro for years to come.

Frostbite Falls will not prepare the Rams for the Tournament this year.

Since when is Packerboy the Edina AD? Hope the firm knows he's moonlighting trying to schedule games with Northern opponents.

Tonka bounces back here.

I think if they come out right off the bat with the intensity they showed from the second half of the 1st period in game 1 they will beat Edina.

Home cooking and a copule of bounces.

Tonka wins 5-3
