Where's Bret Boone when you need him?

Oh, he is here. He just keeps changing his name to Jeff Cirillo or Rondell White, or Juan Castro or Tony Batista and on and on.

And here's another thing. Sanata isnt totally blameless in this deal.
I know it was a QS but some times your team needs more than that. If you are the great Cytana, lets deliver it.

But thats 2 hits , one in each of the 4th and 5th innings. Way to go.
After they lose this game because of their inept hitting, the sound coming form the Dome will be................THUD.

They scored a run! They scored a run!
Wow. That makes 3 runs for the series and its only the third game.
I know, lets have the Tigers come to town for the biggest series of the season, get 100,000 fans in, and then not hit.
Come on! Lets go.

Looks like all heck broke loose.
Twins have scored 3 runs. Geez , save some for the Angels.

You couldn't script this. Morneau should easily score the go ahead run from third on the WP but it kicks all the way back to the plate. Unbelievable way to lose a runner from third that way, Kubel follows with a knock.

The last 3 or 4 weeks Kubel has shown some signs that he could become a very good hitter.
