I want to pick their coach's brain on this one this weekend, ie: how often, what sort of exercises, who run's it, if they tie it in with the HS program, etc.. I would also like to see what they are doing offseason. <p></p><i></i>

JDog,<br><br>From my personal experience, Buffalo's coach isn't the nicest guy in the world. A great coach from what I've heard, but he doesn't look like the most friendly guy.
