While some of you want to compare apples to oranges to make one team look better than another, I'll present some Class A stats to compare the two. I haven't done the math yet, so we'll see how they end up.

I'll compare all three top teams and how they've done against the Class A teams they've played, using GA, GAA, GF, GFA, and both Mitch and Lee's systems of ratings.

Draw your own conclusions. To me, St Thomas and Hermantown are very close as far as stats are concerned. The only two teams they have played they each played at a different part of the season than the other. They are very hard to compare.
