Attended the game as well and couldn't agree more with your assessment. I thought the difference was # 14 from MH - Marshall. Clearly the best player, he moved the puck out of his zone all night, either himself, or with a good pass. SSP did not have this type of player on their team.
#14 was by far the best player on the ice, reminds me of #10 currently playing for the Gophers as far as size, speed and stickhandling.
Mahtomedi matches up well STA, should have a good match up Friday night.
