Mayo only beat JM by 3 and 4 goals and frankly DC is better and more talented than JM. #8 and #9 are much better goal scorers than anything JM could put on the ice. This also isn't the usual Mayo team that scores double digits on lesser teams they're more of a grind it out type team without the superstar. Alexander is a good player but not of the caliber of a Canzanello, Thauwald, Leimbeck, etc. DC has to play solid defense and stay away from penalties, they did a good job of that against JM; dumping the puck in, clogging up the neutral zone and limiting quality shots and odd man rushes will give them a chance to stay in it.

I'd be surprised if this game went to running time; 5-1 Mayo

the game has been moved to Friday at 5:00 due to the weather

If DC stays out of the box it should be only a 3 or 2 goal game in favor of Mayo

They have to get all of the 1AA and 1A semis in to. It's just to make sure they get it in.
