Not the fanciest game ever, but a very methodical win by the Greyhounds. Unlike yesterday, they dictated the flow of the game throughout and took 58 shots on goal to Brainerd's 12. Quite a few penalties on both sides. It was a good way to bounce back from an ugly loss and looks to be a good sign for the Hounds. The fourth line logged significant ice time and looked pretty good, which is encouraging.
Goals from Nelson, Paulseth, Arbour, and Tardy for East; Ebinger for Brainerd.
I see Josh Archibald of Brainerd garnered five penalties during this game. Chip off the ole block, eh?

The head coach for Mansfield is from Crookston. That must be why they made the trip to get slaughtered.

Mahtomedi beat Maple Grove 4 to 3 in a shootout...It's too bad such an exciting game had to be decided this way!!! But it still was great game to watch!!!
