I must have missed any hardcore bragging. IMHO corrected the question of which is Open and which is Invitational so not sure why Watchdog thinks there was anything misleading.

Now the one thing I will say in defense of a couple of the teams in the Open excluding the Icemen is that I would put the Northern WI Blizzard up against any of the teams in the Invite including the Invitational winning Force.

if its their 96 team they wont win the tourney.

Watchdog, what's with the sour grapes, a 96 team beat the 95's squads, give them some credit.

Everyone else please tone down the bragging about the '96 Icemen's win it's getting out of hand........

Did any birth certificates get checked? I am sure all the Northern Wisconsin Blizzards had no problems this year, especially the repeat 94 Championship team.

The Westman Wolfpack won the 95 Invite over the Force per the Pepsi Cup website.

That's probably why they only had two lines this year. :D

parents of the icemen you go to enough top AAA tourneys to know without any quetion you cant win playing up a year. lets just not get confused here yes the 96 icemen won the 95 open class in the fargo pepsi cup. i watched them play twice and they had some outstanding players that could compete at a high level 95 tourney but thats it. its not an amazing feat four a top notch 96 team to win that tourney. even the invite side was weak at the 95 level. those kids could have made a run on that side also size might have gotten them with the top 2 teams.
