topshelf, there is a whole lot of hockey South of Lakeville.

I think you've got it. Imagine a kid this age (1993) birthyear goes undrafted in the USHL Futures Draft but does very well as a 10th grader playing for Crookston. Some scout wants to see Minnesota players and hears there's a sophomore for Crookston with 20 goals - boom, he may make a point to see him.

To me it makes no sense for said Crookston player to join the TPH Thunder, Wisconsin Fire, or Little Caesars teams unless he's going batty as a 9th grader in Crookston.

Need to turn over a bunch of rocks to figure out this one. It would be easier to figure the final 20 to the National camp
