I agree, it happens at college all the time. But it is still against the law. He shouldn't be above the law just because of who he is.George Blanda wrote:Jacketfan06 must not have ventured off to college yet. Kids get tanked and take a leak if they have to. Not uncommon. So he is just like 90% of all college students, has a few drinks to unwind everynow and then. Taking a leak in public probably wasn't the brightest decision but who hasnt been stuck somewhere or been far from a bathroom when theyve had to go before, honestly.
This may come as a shock to everyone on this board but...Gopher players drink too, and yes even the underage ones.

... or pulled a Kevin Quick and stole his roommate's credit card and went on a spending spree.... There is some serious stuff going on, peeing in public isn't that big of a deal if there weren't some young girls around or something like that..George Blanda wrote:Agreed, Goldy. What I am saying to the people who say "when will he learn?" is that it happens a lot in college, not just this particular kid. It's not as if Oshie committed pull-tab fraud or got a DWI, he took a leak.
Tell that to Dino Ciccarelli.Hockeyguy_27 wrote:A couple of college kids caught in a bar last year and this is big news? This is about as newsworthy as that worthless channel nine bust of the Gophers players at Station 19. I know these student athletes need to be held to a higher standard but come on...Oshie and his buddy had a few beers and took a leak in public. I hardly think this is criminal.Mr. Bo Dangles wrote:This is just what I have heard from a few people that go to UND. The 2 players were stuck in an elevator for a period of time. They had to urinate, so they did. They recieved disorderly conduct for their actions. I have no idea if that is the facts or not.
