She did well. She actually volunteered to play D in the last game as I hear she may play both. Utility players of the strong variety are always a great addition to any club. I don't think she was the best or worst on the team, but this was a pretty solid group of players. Looking at the scores/results you may ask how did they lose. But, all-in-all I think they were in every game even with the lack great roster depth (#'s) and player personnel fluctuations day-to-day based on the poor timing of this event as far as conflicts. There were games when one team woudl have 8 skaters and the other 4 lines, so it was really interesting day-to-day in addition to the different players from day-to-day. I did hear a lot of comments about how well the Feste/Ketcher-Nixon-Thunstrom line moved the puck & how much fun that was to watch... A lot of speed there to say the least, but all four missed at least a game if not two in the tourney (Ketcher missed 3, Feste 2, others 1, etc.)...tigerpower wrote:So ghs,
How was it having a S. MN girl on your team? Complete waste of a spot or might there actually be a few decent players south of Lakeville?
You're the coach I'll trust your judgement.
