I think they were referring to Aaron being good enough to score 66 goals in the NHL at 18 when they said, "pull a Housley". Settle down my man.

Yeah, this photo was actually taken three years ago when Ben Nelson and Aaron were on their tour of duty in the deserts of Iraq.

hwkfan your always bringing up scores how about grand rapids 2 edina 3
ill bet right now they dont stay within one with the rams. how about edina 6 brainerd 2 what was that score when the rams played brainerd? oh ya 7-0. so crunch those numbers. it means nothing! id also bet any amount you wanted to put on it if edina went up to warroad they wouldnt win by 8 goals either.

Didn't look to me like enough hair to be Benny but you could be right - the Marine clip and all. I heard that Ben saved an entire platoon from certain death but they ended up giving the purple heart to Aaron.

Figures...

Here's a nice clip of Aaron on youtube. He's #10 and Roseau's in their green jerseys. The clip is from the St. Cloud Tech game and Roseau is on the penalty kill. It doesn't look like SCT was able to muster much of a powerplay with Ness on the ice!

Looks like he had about 6 pts last night vs TRF in Roseau's 7-1 win. Nice timing with Trib article today. Gopher fans will love him even if he is only there for a couple years.

The only thing that Ness doesn't have is size. That could be the one thing that could hold him back as a defensemen.

You haven't seen him in the weight room the past couple of summers.

Once he gets to the D1 level the majority of the guys will be bigger and stronger than him. He might get tossed around going into the corners.

He is in the same room as ALL D1 players....size could effect him play....BUT he is much faster than most D...so ya never know

i agree that he is much faster than most of the D1 players, but at that level all they would have to do on him is take the body. That would slow him down.
