Congrats to Woodbury. You were the only team other than Rosemount that I wanted to win this section (of course because I am a Rosemount fan/alum) BUT great game Woodbury you showed that you are a team to beat right now..represent 3AA well and good luck at state!
Rosemount--
Congrats on a GREAT season. You have made all of us so proud of what you have done. You have come so far as a group and have made the entire Rosemount community proud..I know a lot of you will go on to play at either the College or Junior level and I wish you all well on your journey wherever it may take you! Keep your heads held high and know that you are all a bunch of special players.

At least someone has seen Rosemount play more than just in the section tournament this season. Hats off to Woodbury, they played one hell of a game. Best of luck to Wes Bolin and the squad next week. JT I don't think has a "class" problem, but more he just is a physical player that plays the body extreamly well and ya, once and, he has a cheap shot come out. But guess what, EVERYONE DOES!!! It can be said all different ways with almost every team out there. JT just also happens to sometimes be the enforcer out on the ice. Dont get me wrong, I do agree he gets way to hot headed sometimes but if you take his sophomore year compared to now, Its a night and day difference with him. No one better even challange me on that because 3 years ago, the name JT Brown wasn't known how it is now. I've been honored to work with this team for the last 3 years and got to really see them grow into a group of men. Congrats to Scott Macho and the Irish on one hell of season and the accomplishments they made this year. I love you guys and thanks for a great year.SEChockeyfan08 wrote:Lighten up Irish, you guys had a great year and did have a very special player in Brown. All people are really saying is that he doesn't have much class, which shouldn't take away from the accomplishments he has made. I do hope he wins Mr. Hockey.

congrats to woodbury on the dominating performace. will people finally give this team the respect they deserve. even after the year they had, they are not ranked in the top 10. also congrats to wes bolin, in my mind he is one of the top coaches in the state and he well deserves to be considered for coach of the year again. with what he has done with this program in only his 4th year is truly amazing, i'd like to see if anyone else could do the job he has done. i'm looking forward to seeing the royals at state again this year, hopefully they'll be making a run for the title.
